Withdrawal

Satisfaction Guarantee

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you received the goods.

To withdraw from the contract, please send us an email with the following details:

• Your name
• Your order number
• A description of the issue (e.g., defective product, wrong size)
• Your preferred solution (exchange or refund)

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Return Conditions

The item must be returned in its original condition:

• Unworn, unused, and with all tags attached
• In the original packaging

Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method different from our standard shipping option).

The refund will be processed immediately and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods within 14 days from the day you inform us about your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
